i tried to OC my CPU, now computer won't start

so i think i fucked up...
i tried to OC my FX-8350 following a guide, but some of the options in the guide weren't in my bios so i did what i could and well.... my PC won't start up.
the power's on, but the bios won't come up. can anybody help?

Pull the CMOS battery on the board for 15 seconds and replace.

That should reset the mobo back to default settings letting you start up.

What is the motherboard? Usually the ASUS ones (which I always use) have an auto-reset function when an overclock doesn't work (whether its RAM, CPU, GPU).
If you have an in-case Speaker, what is the beep code?

i tried pulling out the battery, it didn't work. also no beeps.

Try connecting a screen to the onboard VGA output. If the BIOS is reset, it may be defaulting to that port.

Do you have an dedicated GPU?

fixed it. i removed the CMOS battery and the power cord for 30 seconds and then booted up. thanks for the help
