600$ Build Help Gaming/Rendering PC

I'm in need of help for finding what i would need for this build, I will editing on it with Sony Vegas Pro 12 and will need fast rendering times, I also want to be able to play and record games with a steady FPS (mostly Indie games and Minecraft) Any help is much appreciate, Thank you.

Try this: i3 for hyper threading. And a low range to mid range graphics card for gaming.
