So about a month ago I accidentally spilt some water into my Computer through the top fans, Most of it was soaked up by the dust filter, :p  but 1 drop landed onto the graphics card, literally 1 drop, however that was enough to cause a complete black screen. Now sometimes when I play games artifacts tend to appear even though I had been running those games completely fine before I spilt water on the GPU, Is there any way to fix this?? Thanks

Pay to have it repaired/replaced. There is nothing specifically the user can do to fix water damage, once it happens, it happened.
If its under warranty you can hope they wont notice the water damage and replace it (Physical damage is not covered by standard warranties)
