Hello, I've updated my desktop to Windows 8.1 and when the system restarted my resolution was too large for my screen. I use an HD TV as my display for my desktop. I've gone on several forums and seen several people with the same issue. My graphics is AMD Radeon HD 7570 and I've updated all my drivers and even uninstalled and updated the drivers but nothing has fixed my issue. I'm not too certain what info is needed to assess this situation better so the following is DxDiag Copy/Paste.

Not all TVs can perform this resolution.

Try going into your AMD catalyst, then click on My Digital Flat Panels, then out of the four options pick scaling options and then move the overscan and underscan thing. It should make it either larger or smaller.
