How would I burn content from one cd to another?

Download CD burner XP, and use the copy option.
Not sure if win 7 has a copy from CD to CD option.
If it is just files, you can copy it to a file, then right click it, and use the "send to" command then "burn to disc".

If it is an installation disk, you would need a copy/ripping/ISO option.
