I really want to build my on PC but I'm having some problems! I don't know how to get the price around $500-800. Can you please suggest some parts that are cheap but really good so I can play games on Ultra. Also I'm a beginner at building PC's and this will be my first one and I'm looking to over cloak. Or should I just buy one and customize over the years
I want the following

CPU AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0Ghz (4.2GHz Turbo) socket AM3+ 125W Desktop Processor FD8350FRHKBOX $179.99 or Intel I5 4690K but it will probably make me go over my budget

Windows 8.1 $100

ViewSonic VX2452mh 24" LED Monitor $179.99

Case/Keyboard/mouse NZXT Phantom 410 Series CA-PHA410-B1 BLack Steel/Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer case w/ mouse and keyboard (bundle) $169.99 Newegg

Please help me

Ok, try not get 8.1, get a different case, very decent ones can run around $50, then pair 8GB of Ram with at least a GTX 770 or anything along that GPU hierarchy and you have something that will stay under 1000.

You can overclock easily to 4.5ghz and the graphics card is excellent. I added an ssd as well for increased performance and a fast OS.
