This may sound crazy - but you might have to install it again, then uninstall it. If a file is missing or corrupt, you won't be able to uninstall it.

You can also try this:
Make sure that you are viewing all file extensions and all files in Explorer, then

go to where that file should be C:\programfiles(X86)\trustport\unins000.msg and create a file called unins000.msg

Then try and uninstall the program again.

i tried to create a new folder, but it is showing that "you require permission to do this"

"Make sure that you are viewing all file extensions and all files in Explorer" what it means, can you please elaborate it .

i also tried to create a new folder in C:\programfiles(X86)\trustport\unins000.msg but it showing "you need permission to do this"

From a security troubleshooting forum, the moderator states he uses a standalone Uninstaller. It only does one thing, uninstall programs.
Revo Uninstaller Pro -- Revo Uninstaller Pro

ESET Security recommends uninstalling all security programs before installing, using their Uninstaller: ESET AV Removal Tool
ESET AV Removal Tool

I haven't had a reason to use these yet, but I wish I had known of them!
