Hi guys, its my first time here and im not a native english speaker, so i hope im doing this right.

I have this pc:
GTX 560Ti Zogis 2GB 256Bits version
4GB DDR3 1333
i5 2400
P8h61m-le
CX430 Corsair

I did a overclock on my gtx 560ti from 823/1002 (Stock) to 900/1075, i got better fps and temperatures are fine (max 75C) Fan on Auto.
I would like to know if my overclock is safe to use everyday and if i can go higher to 900/1100.
Thank you in advance.

Update: i did some tests to see how much overclock would improve and here it is:
Stock: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/8811711 823/1002
Oced: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/8811754 900/1075

OC is about try and error, and of course watch the temps. Increase clocks a bit and do the tests, repeat if nothing fails and temps are still safe.

The only risk i see is your PSU, 430W quite low for your PC if you're OCing the GPU. If you want to continue, i've better get a bigger PSU.

I overclocked to 950 on core with the fan auto and the driver crashed, i set up my fan to the highest possible and now its fine, should i keep the over?

If you want.

But seriously, that PSU is too small. Get a bigger one, if the card doesn't get enough power that could also make it crash.
