I can record games like Arma 2, DayZ SA, L4D2, Gmod, Etc. fine. Except Minecraft. Whenever I try to record Minecraft with DXTory, the game drops and then locks itself at 15fps. Anyone know why it does this and how to fix it? Thanks in advanced if you do!

Check to make sure your CPU usage is not extremely high in Task Manager while it's running.

Some have tried actually editing write speed of the HDD written to down to 30/Mbps to stabilize it. I would try 50 first.

Another said he formatted his HDD and it corrected things.

If neither of the above works, one way to raise performance in DxTory is to write to multiple drives at once using RawCap mode.

I've tweaked every setting possible, and looked this problem up on Google about 1000 times now. Nothing. This never happened with my old inspiron laptop, but only on my custom desktop, which doesn't make sense because the hardware is much better.

looking for a fix myself, I hear (have yet to try) rolling the software version back to 13.X instead of running on 14.0+ will fix the problem
