Can e6500 bottleneck hd7850

I just wanted to know e6500 bottleneck hd7850 and if so how much fps or how much performance i am loosing btw my card is only 1gb and oc to 1050/1350 in games like watch dogs i only get 15 to 20 fps sometimes even under 8

My specs : e6500 8gb ddr3 ram @1333mhz and hd7850

7850 is in between 750ti and GTX660

q9400,q8300 will bottleneck or i need some more good cpu ? can u plz sugest me some good cpu's which can handle hd7850

sorry to say but u have to change ur setup(mobo+cpu) to enjoy new games. Look at the hierarchy chart below, i3 3220 is the minimum required entry level cpu for current games, which is alot better than q9400/q9550. If ur budget allows then haswell i5 are best otherwise atleast get i3.

how about fx6300 or fx8320 it would be fine

fx6300 and 8320 are much better than ur current setup and will not bottleneck 7850 but intel i5 is best for gaming, all depends on ur budget.
