Is this CPU cooler compatible with my setup?

I have been wanting to replace the stock fan that came with my CPU, but wanted to make sure it would work before I got one, because I had bought one in the past for a different computer thinking it would work, then found out it didn't.

Yep, its compatible, that is also a very very good budget cooler.
