i have an i5 3570k @ 4.2 ghz and a gtx 660 non ti @ 1149mhz and i can. even in surround but it uses core 1 at max on mines and the other 3 are 20%-40% but that jus how the game is made

my specs
cpu- i5 3570k @ 4.2ghz
gpu- gtx 660 sc @1149 mhz
motherboard- asus p8z77 v-lx
ram- 16gb corsair xms3 1333mhz
powersupply- corsair rm850
cpu and gpu both on custom water loop
