I've been experiencing striped screens and crashes for quite some time, however it doesn't happen on every game (nor does it occur while browsing or watching videos, it only happens on games).
For example it happens on Shadow of Mordor, Endless Legend and Divinity: Original Sin, but it never happened while playing Total War Rome 2 or XCOM:Enemy Within.
My specs are
AMD Phenom II x4 955
Kingston DDR3 2GB x2
Sapphire Radeon HD6850 1GB GDDR5
SeaSonic 500W
I should note that I'm on a fresh windows 8.1 install that I did yesterday and I've already installed every driver I could think of.
