Mini-ITX Build Suggestions?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to build a decent level Mini-ITX gaming rig that'll be able to play next-gen games like NBA 2K15, FIFA 15 and Witcher 3 on high/ultra settings at 1080p for a budget around the £500 mark?

This is the build I started making but the price started to get a little out of hand.

Limited , The CPU isn't overclockable but its a good one.

The GPU has some good overclocking potential though.

Okay and I take it the XFX GPU you listed is better than the MSI one in my build?

The R9 280 is better than the 760 yes , Its between the 760 and the 770.
