Hello, i have a little over a year this disc (ADATA CH11 500GB ):

I have him for backups, he was turned on only a few times (few hours) last year when i bought him and made my data backup on it. It then went into my wardrobe where he remained safe and untouched for over a year, now i have taken it out and tryied some tests, this is what i got:

Is the disc still ok? Are the problem big ones? Should i try to my use warrranty and return it (i still have something under a year warranty on the disc)?

what do the tests mean?

Hey Thomas. It looks fine for now, but you should keep an eye on it. Usually this is fixable by the program you are scanning with. You could also try DLG (Data Lifeguard Diagnostic) and scan it with it as well.
Here's a link for the program: http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=810
And here's a link with explanation about the SMART test error codes: http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/11711/

Hope that helps.
