Can my newly purchased laptop run Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

System Specs:
i7-4702MQ CPU @ 2.20GHz
AMD Radeon HD 8750m with 2GB DDR3 VRAM
8gb of ram
Windows 8.1 pro
635gb of free disk space

Please help because I need to know if I should pre-order or not!

It will run, but performance is a bit of a guess.

IMO, never pre-order a game unless you are absolutely sure its going to be amazing and they are offering good incentives. No reason to lay money down on a product you don't know is any good yet (Sim City comes to mind).
