Is 550W enough for gtx970/i4690

I won't be overclocking.
Is 550w good enough to last for a good amount of time without problems? if yes, which PSU of this 2 is better:
Corsair RM550
Corsair CS550M

my pc specs will be:
i5 4690
gigabyte g1 sniper z97
gigabyte gtx 970 g1 OC
G.skill 1600 8gb 4gb x2 cl7
x2 Samsung 840 128 SSD

Yep, plenty. I'd go with RM, good quality stuff, much better than Corsair CS.

ty for the fast answers, I know seasonic is probably better but I can only get one of these 2 since the shop im buying from doesn't have any more decent quality 550w/650w psu's

RM 550W is made by Channel Well Tech and good quality, feel confident while buying it, it's a decent PSU :)

RM is a Tier 2A PSU, so you are fine.
