I built a computer a while back and I would like to upgrade it. But still use a few components.

I have a MSI KA780g Motherboard, Samsung SATA HD and a WD 500Gb HD, ATI Radeon 260x video card (i think, comparable to the older Radeon 4800) DDR2 Ram, and an AMD Phenom X4 II CPU

I would like to keep using the hard drives, video card, and CPU. I play games, stuff like the Sims and Simcity.

What would be the best kind of components to upgrade at the cheapest price?
Was just thinking the motherboard and DDR3 ram...

HELP ME OUT PLEASE!

Just updating the board and ram is a waste of money. Get an up to date CPU, motherboard and ram. This would be the cheapest I would go.
