Can this motherboard SLI EVGA Superclocked Acx 2.0

Solution

Yes it'll work in SLI, it's got 2 PCIe x16 slots (one running in x16, other in x8)
x8 is the minimum speed needed for SLI and will work perfectly fine

You didn't list a GPU in the title :p
But yes the motherboard should work in SLI but if I were you and if you want to keep the same motherboard,
I'd push for the Gaming 5 one:

Manufacturer Response

We understand that some users were expecting the ACX 2.0 fan version to be available on the launch day, but unfortunately the ACX 2.0 development schedule did not allow us to have ACX 2.0 product available at launch. We plan to offer an ACX 2.0 fan upgrade program, stay tuned for news on this.

Solution
I guess it would according to gigabyte

2.1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x8 (PCIEX8)
* The PCIEX8 slot shares bandwidth with the PCIEX16 slot. When the PCIEX8 slot is populated, the PCIEX16 slot will operate at up to x8 mode. (The PCIEX16 and PCIEX8 slots conform to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)

1.Support for 3-Way/2-Way AMD CrossFire™and 2-Way NVIDIA® SLI™ Technology

so as like most intel boards with out plx chips it will run 2 cards at 8x8
