Is there any instance your Hardware causes game crashes?

I tried every solution this website can offer, i tried:
1.) updating my display driver
2.) Editing TdrDelay @ registry
3.) replacing the "atikmdag.sys" with a new expanded one from AMD folder
4.) Cleaning the registry using a cleaner
5.) Changing my OS three times

note: the OS is 100% working (it worked well with others)

I keep track of my PROCE clocks before they crash they're all @ 3826mHz

I use:
Gigabyte 990fxa-d3
AMD Fx-6300
Crucial Ballistix 8GB DDR3 1600mhz
Sapphire r9 280x vapor-x tri-x

"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" that's what I get.

Solution
The chances on this error should be

GPU - This is one of the more common causes(I personally experienced this with an Nvidia card and it was kind of hard to track down due to the multiple clock speeds some cards use.). You could try to underclock your card to see if it helps or not. Another system to test in would be best.

Driver - I have seen some strange driver bugs over the years from both the red and green team.

RAM - Everything is stored in memory so if the memory is not working, errors happen. It is much more common to get blue screen errors with bad memory.

CPU - cpu defects are very rare, but do happen. Like memory you are more likely to get blue screen errors for a bad cpu.

HDD - (since your post said games crashed and did...

What are the chances it's the GPU, RAM, CPU or bad sectors in the HDD?

HDD - (since your post said games crashed and did not give an error the post was about that. this WAY at the bottom of the list.). Normally hard drive issues can appear as long freezes while the drive or Windows tries to recover and at some point the board will warn you that the drive is failing S.M.A.R.T

Also make sure the power supply meets the requirements for the system.
