The Motherboard's CPU Socket Type is AM3+ which is compatible with the FX4300.

The Motherboard's PCI-E X16 slot is a PCI-E X16 2.0 slot. That's fully compatible with the GTX 750.

However...

If you haven't already purchased this Motherboard I'd recommend you look around for a Socket AM3+ Motherboard that support PCI-E X16 3.0. This will help ensure your Motherboard is future-proofed for any Graphics Card upgrades you consider over the next few years.

Consider something like the Asus Sabertooth 990FX/GEN3 R2.0.

Keep in mind though, that if you also consider a CPU upgrade over the coming years then a FM2+ socket Motherboard is ideal - but that won't fit your current CPU.

Ultimately - If you already have the CPU you specified and you only want 1 Graphics Card upgrade (the one you're talking about) then the Motherboard you named will be fine and totally compatible with the Graphics Card you've mentioned.

It should be suitable, yes.

Keep your Anti-aliasing settings low and it'll be fine.
