Difference between EVGA GTX 970 SC and EVGA GTX 970 "Stock" or "Default Model"

Hello Guys,
These cards are different in "components" or the only difference is the superclock (this superclock is a "regular/common" superclock? is special? )

The superclock (SC) has been overclocked more than the original.
If you are going to overclock don't waste money and get the original, but if you're not going to overclock and want a powerboost for a while from it get the superclocked.
