You could always just do a driver install for the new board and it should not make much of an issue as long as you are still able to boot into Windows. I would definitely uninstall and reinstall drivers for your NIC (network card / port) though. Make a backup of the current driver that you know is working before you try the new one so that you can rollback and have connectivity in case something happens. Go to the manufacturers website and download the drivers for the board and start installing them.

This summer I got a 990fx ud3 but it was over heating So I return it in got my money back In I was able to boot up into windows. Also I run of a wireless card one reason I don't want to reformat because I don't have a flash drive to transfer it from two computers

If you use a wireless card then you should not have to deal with the drivers if it is working with the new board as well.

But as I said before, I would just go to the boards site and install which drivers you wish to such as chipset drivers, storage drivers, etc.
