You can use Window Deployment Service to deploy your image to multiple pcs.

I mean you no offense, but if you are asking these level of quesions then I dont think you are equiped with enough knowledge to deploy this scale of a computer network.

It takes more then 1 person to admin 1000 computers, you need a team of trained professionals. Not even getting into the network infrastructure required for this.

Im sure once they get out of school, and get a job in the field, then they will make new threads asking us how to fix things and do the installation projects they are being paid to do.
