Good Afternoon everyone, recently I rma'd a card to MSI and the card I got back ran hotter than my previous one. I decided to change thermal paste, noticed the heatsink was bent and although changing the paste and tightening the heatsink t dropped temperatures by about 10 degrees it runs about the same temp as the first card I had....with stock paste.

I ordered up a Kraken g10 and an h55, the problem i'm having is finding a good way to mount it in my case. I cannot mount it at the top as there is no space, which essentially leaves me to mount it as a rear exhaust. The problem is I have a tower style cooler blowing straight into that rear exhaust position.

I'd like some feedback from anyone who has tried similar setups as to how much difference a setup like this would make compared to the Rad/cooler getting fresh air... to me it doesn't seem like the greatest idea as the warm air from the cpu is then used to cool the gpu.

Only other option would be to see if you can stretch it to the front panel as an intake. Then you would be using the GPU to heat up the air that cools the CPU. Have to pick one or the other if you can't install it as a top exhaust.
