My friend is looking at this build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/WqGJNG

But the motherboard is a little too expensive for him. He found this one: http://tinyurl.com/oxeydjj But I'm not sure what the difference is between that one, and the one is the already existing build. I'm also not sure if this board will be compatible, but I'm pretty sure it will be!

I'm not much of an expert on motherboards so I turn to this great community of people.

For convenience here is a link to the motherboard in the build: http://tinyurl.com/pnbprwb

The difference is that the cheaper motherboard that he found is not going to allow him to overclock his processor, which has its multiplier unlocked for the express purpose of overclocking.

If he doesn't want to overclock, he could save a few more bucks by knocking his processor down to just a i5-4690 (no K)
