Beautiful system for your budget, with a 960, yeah, maybe quite expensive but with that CPU the socket is also compatible with a few better processors. Great build, but do you have a HDD from another build, or somewhere else. If not, I would grab an SSD with around half that capacity for just your os, and a couple other important programmes, while keeping your stuff mainly on a larger, but slower hard drive.

The gtx 960 got delayed so you may be waiting until early next year. The PSU isn't really the best quality, a XFX 650W PSU costs $49.99 and it a great quality PSU, the PSU rating 80+ etc doesn't always mean the PSU is the best quality. The XFX one I recommended is cheaper, has more power and is great quality.
