I plan on upgrading my motherboard and processor to be able to run SLI GTX 970's below are the specs of the system. I currently have a EVGA SuperNova 750 Watt power supply. Will that be powerful enough to run everything, or am I going to have to upgrade to a 800 or 850 Watt?

I already have everything in the list except the motherboard, CPU, and one extra GPU. If I have to upgrade my power supply it may be the same cost to go with an i5-4690K if it would run on my 750 Watt power supply.

FX-8320 OC to 4.2-4.3
Gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3
2x MSI GTX 970 OC (GTX9704GD5TOC)
GSkill DDR3 1600 2x4gb
2x OC Agility 3 SSD's
1x 1tb 7200rpm HDD (WD Caviar Black)

Yeah, my only concern came when I used Newegg's power supply calculator. It said I need 770 Watts for my system, but from what I have read, most FX-8350 systems use around 350 watts with the 8350 overclocked quite a bit and that would leave 400 watts for the GPUs and they don't usually go over 200 each.
