High Static Pressure Fans vs High Airflow Fans

Hello everyone i wanted to order two 140mm red led fans for my Phanteks Enthoo Pro case. The fans will be used as front intake fans. I have found Corsair fans on Ebay but it says they are high static pressure fans. Is it true that high static pressure fans are for radiators and heatsinks and high airflow fans are for case airflow?

Get Corsair AF 140's for the front , I used 2 in my Enthoo Pro.

Static is for rads and heatsinks.
