Maybe, maybe not. If you want to lower the risk of a psu failure get a higher quality PSU from XFX, Seasonic, Antec, EVGA (G series).

If you already have it you should be fine, but if you don't there are similar priced better options out there.

No, it will be able to run that setup but I do not recommend getting that power supply since it's a lower quality one and you don't want to skimp out on the power supply. Go with XFX, Seasonic, Corsair(depends on series), Antec, EVGA etc.

A 600-650w would be a good idea for future upgrades even though your system doesn't need that much wattage.

No, as mentioned it's not the best psu out there, but it will work.
