Best $700-800 Gaming/Streaming Pc build

Looking for a pc that can stream and run games with no lag. Anyone have a good build for me. Let me know. Fairly new to understanding pc so can you explain it

Streaming likes more CPU cores. I'd suggest an FX 8320 with a mild overclock or use software with an Intel i5 or i7 CPU where both support QuickSync.

Going with a dedicated streaming device will add $120 or more to your overall cost. Would be better to stay with software and get a better CPU/GPU with that money.
