Guys, if I'm using D3DOverrider, do I need to turn off the in-game v-sync? Or does it still need to be turned on?

Depends on the game. I think for skyrim it needs to remain on.

For other games it should override the I game settings.

I could never really get it to work.

I've just settled with RadeonPro to do it for me. It's much better experience. Thanks for answering to my post by the way.
