Now I am not sure if this is a stupid question, if it is I am sorry. My RAM went bad and I rely on my desktop heavily for work. I am going to be sending my RAM back to the manufacturer because it is still under warranty, but in the meantime my computer is going to be down. My question is, can I use ReadyBoost on one of my 8GB flash drives without the RAM sticks in the PC just to be able to use my PC for email and the internet?

Nope, you need RAM. Ready boost is only for caching stuff really from the HD.
