These are my specs
x79a -gd45 plus motherboard,
4960x i7,
16 GB of ram,
GTX 770 OC 2GB
1000 watt EVGA supernova
Everything was running fine. Then one day it would not post I troubleshooted everything and RMA'd the Motherboard, Now that i have gotten it back the problem is not fixed.
These are the steps i have taken
All of the troubleshooting guides say that with ram in and no video card there should be another series of beeps, and I am getting silence.

Unplug all peripherals. take out all ram. so only CPU Motherboard and PSU are attached, turn on hear beeping indicating no ram.
Put one stick of ram in the first slot. turn on, no sounds all fans spin up all leds are on
Repeat with all individual sticks same result
