I noticed earlier that my PC rebooted itself however I didn't at the time see why. This then happened again and it displayed an error saying irql_not_less_or_equal.

After googling for solutions to this problem and coming to the conclusion that it was something to do with the new RAM i installed yesterday, I followed online instructions to verify my PC files, by clicking star > verify> and then following the onscreen directions.

After rebooting, everything loaded up as normal, i signed in and 15 seconds later another error appears saying driver_verifier_iomanager_violation, and the PC then reboots. Every time I restart my PC or follow through with the reboot, it boots up as normal, allows me to sign in and then 10/15 seconds into having access to my desktop the error pops up again and reboots.

I have tried inputting my windows 8 installation disk however it says it cant find any system restore points, even though there is atleast one, it says my hard drive is locked and so can't refresh my pc, and also wont allow me to wipe and reinstall.

Please help...

Whats in startup. Its probably something in there thats making it crash. If you cant boot into windows

If ccleaner is on this go to tools/startup. Click on save to txt file. Post what comes up in here. And do the same for programs that are installed

the internal error code was 0x c00000bb STATUS_NOT_SUPPORTED
I think the Logitech driver took a request intended for you USB drive software and did not know what to do.
so it just returned a error.

you need to set your memory dump type to a kernel memory dump, set your page file to be twice the size of your RAM
in order to debug USB related problems like this. (not that it would help if the Logitech driver is blocking access to the drive)

your system was up for only 1 minute and 11 seconds.
you want to boot into windows and run cmd.exe as a admin
then type the command
verifier.exe /reset
before your computer bugchecks again, then reboot.

this will turn off verifier.exe
it looks like the old Logitech driver is processing interrupts that don't belong to it.

after you get verifier.exe /reset you should be able to remove the Logitech driver and reboot the system before a bugcheck.
then reboot, update the driver if you find a new copy or just remove the device and see if your system runs as expected.
after you remove the device or update the driver you should be able to turn on verifier.exe flags again. (if you are still looking to find more issues)

also, your memory dump was truncated because you need to make a larger page file
(most likely a bogus message because you are using a USB drive and the Logitech driver messed up the drives access)

the bugcheck I am looking at shows corruption while calling HID functions (Human interface device)
the driver on the stack is LGVirHid.sys Mon Nov 23 17:36:48 2009
Logitech GamePanel Virtual Hid Device Driver. You might go to Logitech and get a update from the 2009 version, seems that there is at least a 2011 version of the file.

it may not be the cause of the failure, the stack was corrupted and if this is a USB device you also have a USB hard drive and 3rd party drivers installed that could be part of the problem (paragon software)
it is a start, remove the old Logitech driver and software and see if you still get the bugcheck.
