Hi thanks for taking the time to read this, so I have a Msi 970a g43 mobo and so I wanted bluetooth so I went to my local best buy and had purchased a insignia blue tooth adapter. When I got home I plugged it into the back of my pc and went to the site to get the drivers. After they installed successfully my mouse and stuff connect as well. But since I have limited room in the back of pc I decided to move the usb bluetooth adapter to the front of my PC. The problem is the adapter won't power on in the front of pc ( adapter light won't turn on either unlike the back where it does)in neither the usb 2.0 or the 3.0 slot. I was wondering if I could please get some assistance! All help is appreciated

I would guess that the USB ports on the front are not installed correctly. Make sure that the front USB cables are connected to the correct connector on the motherboard (consult your motherboard manual).

There is also the possibility that the Front USB ports are faulty. If so, then parts may be available from the case manufacturer.

But the thing is that they all work with other usb devices like my mouse and key board just not the adapter but the back slots on the back of my PC work with the Bluetooth so that shows it still powers on I just don't know why it won't power on in the front
