Does anyone know what temp a AMD FX8350 is meant to run at?

I am running it with a XILENCE M606 Cooler, which has 2 120mm fans on it, to work as a push pull set up,
Case is a Thermaltake Global Commander MS-III
Motherboard is a Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2
1 x front fan, (blow inwards)
1 x side fan, (blow inwards)
1 x rear fan, (blow outwards)
1 x bottom fan, (blow inwards)
2 x top fans, (blow outwards)

But according to CPUID HWMonitor CPU is 59 c and Motherboard is 40 c

While it says that the only programs I have open are 2 internet explore pages and the HWMonitor program,

Mid 60Cs is usually recommended as the high end for temps. Although it is able to run much hotter before it throttles. The best way to monitor temps for FX processors is with AMD Over Drive. Instead of direct Core temps, it will display Thermal Margin. The room left before the processor throttles to save itself.

That would be a long shot. More than likely, you have a sofware conflict. Try running CCleaner and do its Clean and Registry portions both. If your system is a mess, you may need to run it more than once. https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

If still no joy, update your virus pgm and run a FULL scan. You may have a virus causing that.
Then download and run Malware bytes. https://www.malwarebytes.org/ It will scan for infections of malware.

With your motherboard did you get a cd with it which has a temperature program . I have asked the Same question basically . And what was recommended to me was that . I have an Asus motherboard . And I compare between core temp program and the asus one and there is about a 20 degree difference . Or did you mean motherboard as the motherboard temperature program ?.
