I have 2 GTX 770s. No overclocks/Voltage change.
When I run Furmark, my first 770 gets to 55-60°C
The second 770 gets to 35-45°C

It just seems like such a temperature difference. I already tried re-applying the thermal paste on my first 770 and re-seating the waterblock. But, still, same temperature. The waterblock is making contact. Should I be as worried as I am?

My water loop: Res -> Pump -> GPUs -> Rad (140mm 40mm thick) -> CPU -> Rad (360mm 30mm thick) -> Rad (240mm 60mm thick) -> Res

My PC's Specs:
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
Mobo: Asus Maximus VI Formula
CPU: Intel i5 4690K
GPU: 2x Geforce GTX 770
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600Mhz
Pump: Alphacool VPP655 D5

Well, I always get that temp but on air cooler. Don't be worried, only if they reach 90C to 100C when running Furmark.

I tested both GPUs one at a time, and both results are exactly the same. +- a few °C.

That's not really something you should be worrying about, your temps are good and so as your gpus. But did you check the two gpu usage ? while running furmark ?
