I'm currently looking for a nice GPU to put in a watercooled build. However i dont know if i should go with the 290 or the 290x and which would be easier to watercool? I dont know what brand or specific model i should go with so im open for suggestions. Also if you could link a full cover waterblock for the GPU you suggest that would be great. (BTW if you would like to suggest another GPU and why im open to that aswell) but please dont tell me watercooling is bad or expensive, I have my mind set on it and your comments will just be annoying. I also plan on water cooling the CPU, and of course this will be done with a custom loop.
here is some of the parts I have been eyeballing so far:

and for a case i was looking at this one:
http://www.tomshardware.com/news/thermaltake-core-v51,2...

for the CPU I'm reusing an i7 that i have in my current build
ask you need need any more details/info/specs

More about : radeon 290 290x watercooling

The 290 and 290X are obsolete. Look at a 970.

I recommend the MSI 970 Gaming. I've heard that EK is making a waterblock for it.

Any idea when the waterblock will be out? Or is it out now?

Not sure. Hopefully it won't be too long.
