I have one Samsung evo 750 as a windows boot. I have 3TB as a storage drive. Now I have a Samsung evo 1TB that shows up in the Bios but not in windows. I want to set it up for Steam/Origin and games. How do I make that second SSD show up on windows?

Have you allocated it a drive letter? is its empty and you have settings to hide empty drives?
Go to disk management and see if it there...
