Guys how do I make Catalyst Control Center or RadeonPro profiles actually apply to the game, like NBA 2K15? I select force VSync but my fps in-game goes way over.
Graphics Card: AMD RADEON HD 7850 - 2 gbs.

There must be a option to override application settings in there look for them. And you can turn on V-Sync in game too. Just go to the settings.

Yea there is a setting but that doesn't work. I need to have control from the profiles because of a issue for NBA 2k15 where the game will have crazy stuttering even at 60 fps, and a solution according to multiple NBA 2K PC forums is enabling triple buffering from a profile. Problem is, I can't even activate a profile.

In catalyst control centre under gaming tab there is a section of frame rate control. See there--Then turn V-Sync Always On, and triple buffering On.
