Ello Im making a very cheap (300$) LAN party build and to not go over budget I need a cheap os. I'm just playing old windows games like quake, battlefield 2, age of empires 2 and I if could find a copy of windows vista or xp (Im not finding much of a difference between the two) my budget would work.
My request is simple bring me the batman.

Haha alright my request is that someone link me to a unused copy of xp vista under 30$. If it's not possible then please tell me I couldn't find a cheap version. Thanks for any effort put into helping me.

With those games and the history behind vista i would go with xp, but keep in mind with xp, microsoft no longer supports it so it is more prone to virus, that is of course if you put yourself in the situation. If not you should be fine, windows xp should not have any compatibility issues with xp

Sweet but i cant find a clean installation disk for XP. It doesn't matter what version it is as long as its under 40$. I would think since the os is so old and isnt supported anymore it would be cheaper but i only find really expensive versions of it.
Could you link me to a clean copy of xp thats under 40$? Again just tell me if there is no such thing and end this thread.
