Evening all, I recently moved and at my old house, I had XFinity Internet and TV. But here, I have no TV yet but I have Windstream Internet. Lots of people say Windstream is really slow but I am the only person who uses it in my house and I can load HD on Netflix without any buffering... But I am using Wireless on my Q9650 Desktop. If I were to use Ethernet, would my Download and Upload MBPS change at all and will my Ping change? Please help.

If the band your Wifi is on has congestion then yes going wired will increase your Mbps. Example: my laptop gets 35-40 Mbps over Wifi but if I use an Ethernet cord I get 50-55 Mbps. As for ping you may see a very small increase but nothing major.
