My system is fairly old but I'm upgrading it bit by bit as I can. Today I added 2GB of RAM and I also wiped my HDD clean in cmd and reinstalled Windows 7. Now all of a sudden my Physical Memory is higher than usual, even when idling. I know my RAM isn't much anyway (6GB) but before the install I could play games in ok setting, live stream with consitant 60-70FPS and watch videos on YT at the same time. During this time I'd be at aroud 70-80% Physical Memory usage. Now if I try and move in a game my whole computer freezes up, or if I try and load youtube videos my chrome crashes for a few seconds. I've been hitting 91% Physical memory after I added more RAM... Not sure what I can do to fix this?
I hope there's enough information below for me to get some help. Thank you.
