Ok so my here are my specs

i7 2600k
16 gb ram
gtx 570 nvida
700w coolmaster psu
custom coolmaster fan for my processor

So just recently my computer would just randomly turn off and restart and turn off continually over and over....

I went into bio's and the temps of my processor are fine and fans are running fine.

I did open up my case and feel that my PSU was quite hot...

I have read forums saying stuff about ram being the issue but not any particular way of testing without removing the ram....

can anyone help me out here i dont want to buy a PSU and its not the problem and i dont really wanna spend money on a computer repair man

I'm surprised it has lasted 2.5yrs. The extreme series uses very low end components. It's rated a tier 5 and is suggested to replace asap.

It has probably degraded to the point it can't deliver stable enough power to run the system I would replace it before it damages something. Most motherboards don't have a post beep anymore.

No, a good 650w unit is plenty for your specs.
