Will it work in a MSI G41M-P33 Combo LGA 775 Intel G41 motherboard? I have a bunch of Corsair XMS2 RAM and am wondering if it will work on this board alongside a Pentium D 960 CPU?

So the fact that the XMS2 RAM is DDR2 not DDR3 doesn't matter?

The G41-P33 COMBO version supports both DDR2 and DDR3 but you can only use one memory type at a time.

So as long as all four of the DDR2 sticks are the same I'm good?

The Combo board has 2xDDR3 and 2xDDR2 DIMMs so you can only use two out of the four slots. If you want 4GB RAM, you will have to use 2x2GB of either DDR2 or DDR3.
