Ok before everyone starts going crazy saying intergrated graphics suck, yes i know that.

I do not have my R9-280 yet and had an old laptop with an i3 in it and it had Intel HD4000 and it ran almost any game on low settings around 25-30FPS at least but on my new Gaming PC i bought an i5-4690 which is the best i5 out at the moment except the K version and it can barely play minecraft i do not understand considering the i5 i have is wayyyyy more powerful than my old i3 in my laptop and it also has HD4600 which should be many times better than HD4000 intel said. I went into my BIOS and set my dedicated video memory to 512M but i guess it does not work because the image above says it is zero so wtf? I mean surely this is not how it is meant to be. I know iGPU sucks but come on it should at least be better than my old i3 and HD4000 :(  . Look in my signature below for my PC specs.

Try to overclock your igpu, you can do that on H series mobos. As for your memory, check that on the intel hd panel.
