Can someone please give me specific instructions on how I can do a BIOS update on that board when it comes in without the use of another CPU? I have heard it can be done with a flash drive? If that is true what is exactly do I need to download on the flash drive? What would I need to do? Anyone who can give me a good answer will be awesome.

Possibility of doing that relies totally on what the manufacturer supports.
What do they say?

You go to the manufacturer website:
http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail...

Determine which BIOS you may need.

At the bottom, there is a link for how to use the flash utility:
http://www.ecs.com.tw/extra/flashutl/index.html

You follow the directions exactly for whatever BIOS is applicable
