This is the build I'm getting:

I'm planning on overclocking in the future
I don't really want suggestions on a different Graphics card or CPU but anything else is okay, but my main question is add another fan for pulling hot air out of my case or get a better SSD. My budget can go up to $1350 but that is all I would like to spend.

Solution
An ssd would help keeping the OS fast, and you can afford getting case fans with the ssd

That looks like a pretty solid build and is very similar to the one I currently have. Honestly, get fans. Yeah an SSD would be nice but what you could do is get a BLACK SERIES HDD and then fans. This would allow for a high performance drive for your mass storage as well as you being able to afford the fans. One more thing about you build: Make sure you will be watching movies with an HDMI cord or your Blu Ray wont work. Other than that the specs look really good! :) Just a warning: WINDFORCE cards tend to run louder.. But in turn they are the coolest. I love that back plate on them :p
