i want to get a amd fx-6300 vishera with XFX Radeon R7 265 2GB Video Card and i want at least 50 to 60 fps or more in most games will it work or should i but more money in to the gpu

Ok, this is a reasonably better build. That build you have won't do what you want it to do. This one might not either, but it will be much, much closer than what you had and it's only fifty bucks more.

I changed the processor from a 3.5Ghz 6 core to a 3.5Ghz 8 core.

Changed the motherboard to an ASUS board. It's not really a better board but it is a better brand and it's less expensive so you could afford the better CPU and GPU.

Change the GPU from the R7 265 to the R9 270X which is a significantly stronger performer and will get you much closer to what you want to be able to do with your frame rate.

Changed the RAM to faster 1866Mhz instead of 1600Mhz and went with a better brand.

Made a couple other little changes but mostly the...

I've noticed that the motherboard you suggested does not have a usb 3.0 is there any other board that you think will run well with a usb 3.0

Yes, it does have USB 3.0. It clearly says:

sorry if i'm late but that motherboard is ANCIENT AND HORRIBLE! it has a 3+1 power phase design and will probably struggle to get that 8 core cpu on stock settings. Get atleast a 990FX board that has at least a 6+2 power phase design.

Actually it has a 4+1 power phase, and since his options and budget were extremely limited, and he wasn't planning to overclock at all, it really is irrelevant. You get what you pay for, and sometimes, that's all you want or need. Not every user needs a superior board or plans to overclock.

I agree a 970 board is a better choice, I just don't know that the OP has the budget for it. I also agree it would be better to wait to order the setup until you can afford a better board with a 970 chipset, but there are also 970 boards that suck pretty bad and have shitty power phase and VRM components too.

Plus, ASUS website clearly states this board is fine up to 140w TDP for 8 core FX CPU and since the 8350 is only a 125w TDP CPU it should be at least ok. As I said, he's not planning to go past stock settings, so it should be fine with a decent PSU.

What about if he gets the gigabyte 8+2 power phase 970 board? (don't know the brand) people say you can oc well on it

What do you mean you don't know the brand, you just said it was gigabyte, and I think you're talking about this one. This is the best budget for overclocking, but he's not doing any overclocking so it's irrelevant.
